Responsibilities:
Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the centre according to the school’s policies and quality standards;
Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school’s holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;
Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre’s operation.
Requirements:
Singaporean/PR
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership or its equivalent;
Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a center supervisor in a preschool or childcare setting;
Strong leadership, able to lead a team and manage people;
High sense of responsibility, a positive and can-do work attitude;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Basic computer skills.
